Our products are digital guides delivered as instant downloads. Because of this, we do not offer automatic refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. We ask all customers to read the product description carefully before purchasing, so you know exactly what is included.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have genuinely worked with a guide and feel it did not deliver what was promised, email us at info@swonlab.com within 14 days of your purchase and tell us what fell short. We read every message personally, and where the concern is reasonable, we will make it right, including a refund when appropriate.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your file, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@swonlab.com within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.
